A Journey of Discovery...at EduMind, we help youths build a solid foundation for their future. We strive to build character and to develop self-reliant, team-oriented youths who are encouraged to achieve their personal best in all fields of endeavour.
Our core approach encompasses the fusion of three areas of skills - thinking, communication and language proficiency; some people call these or a combination of these, 'soft skills'. The interdependence and synergy of these three skills are ever more crucial for successful learning and living in today's world.
The changing demands of the workplace and society now require people with these abilities to understand complex phenomena, analyse and synthesize information from multiple sources and build as well as disseminate new knowledge.
At EduMind, youths are encouraged to develop individually and their skills of collaboration while working in teams. Problem solving activities requiring higher order thinking skills are incorporated into our program and designed to enable students to become productive learners.
Our classes are conducted in small groups in a conducive and utilising our effective WHALE system to create a stimulating environment to enable students to interact and learn effectively. This setting allows us to cater for individual differences and learning styles during our classroom sessions. We maintain a healthy balance in our classes with a mixture of theory and practical activities to create an environment of learning with fun. |
